Broken ribs/Windy template

Hi ..

I’m so sorry to hear this happened during your event. We’ll make it a priority to schedule our team to replace the ribs as soon as possible. Regarding the wind speed, I understand the Weather Channel indicates a specific wind speed; however, it’s important to note that sudden gusts can occur unexpectedly and from any direction, which may unfortunately result in damage to the aluminum ribs.

The good news is that we are always here to assist with replacements, and we’ll ensure this is handled promptly.

Could you please confirm how many ribs need to be replaced? From the photo you shared, it looks like two ribs might need attention. Once we have your confirmation, we’ll send over a detailed quote for the replacement parts and the repair kit for the canvas.

Wind test
Regarding the wind speed, we’ve conducted wind testing on our Magnum umbrellas in the past. However, these tests were performed in controlled conditions with a constant wind direction and speed. Real-world winds are much more unpredictable, coming from any direction at any time, which is why we always recommend closing the umbrellas during high winds to protect their integrity and ensure their longevity.

Please see below our terms and conditions for your reference:

As you know, we’re always here to help. For example, when there was an issue with the crowns due to a welding defect, we replaced them right away without hesitation. This time, since it’s not a warranty case, we’ve done our best to support you by applying a significant discount to the repair order.

Additionally, we’ve received the correct crowns in the matching color from Italy (for the previous service call), and we can replace the crowns on the other umbrella during the same visit to streamline the process for you.

Please let me know if you would like to proceed.
Regards,
