Based on our experience, it's common for the team to unknowingly leave a small gap at the top when opening the umbrella, as they may not extend it fully. This is easy to miss but can affect the umbrella’s stability and increase the risk of cable breakage. To avoid this, please ensure that the umbrella is fully opened by giving it a final pull, leaving no gap. See the illustration below for reference:
